Clean, affordable hotel with very very helpful staff. Free breakfast selection for all tastes with ham.

Not so helpful staff!

The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of options to enjoy. the rooms are equipped with air conditioning for comfort. the hotel boasts an incredible location in the town, making it convenient to access nearby tourist attractions.

Great location in Centro Historico district short walk to an Exito and Gino Pascarelli outlet, the center of Santa Marta, and the restaurants and pubs are located. Lovely staff on reception and elsewhere.

The room was spacious and terrific, I had great experience.

I stayed 1 night and would love to go back when visiting Colombia. The place was clean and stuff where great, I appreciated marvellous location.

We had a pleasant one-night stay at Hotel San Miguel Imperial. the hotel's location is fantastic, as it is close to trendy restaurants, the main plaza filled with dining and entertainment options, as well as shopping centers and important government locations.

Service was 1st class...very polite and friendly. Wifi was in the room and very good.

It is a few blocks from anywhere but no more than 5/10 mins walking to beach.

We asked the hotel reception to get us transport from Santa Marta to Cartagena. They told us that it would cost 42.000 pesos/person. When we were in the van and already halfway to Cartagena, the driver told us the price was 60.000 pesos/person. He called the hotel reception and they admitted the mistake, but refused to pay for the extra 18.000/person, even though they admitted that this was their fault.

This place is in a great central location, making it super convenient to get to everything you need. 🌟.

Close to the centre of the city. Quiet, clean and tidy hotel with friendly staff who don't speak english but willing to go out of their way to help.

No fridge in the room. It would have been good to store things in especially drinks. The price was higher than what could be had at other comparable hotels closer to the bay. E.G. cop 100,000.00 / night compared to cop 60,000.00 / night 2 persons for a similar hotel which included a shared balcony with view of the bay, breakfast and a fridge in the room. Room was slightly larger and just as clean. Another near parque simon boliviar was cop 60,000.00 with fridge and breakfast, but no view of the bay, however it was in a better part of the town and closer to the bay.

Comfortable rooms with air conditioning and a convenient location just a 10-15 minute walk from Simon Bolivar Park.

The staff were very friendly the place was exceptionally clean the bed was big and comfortable good value for money

The staff is friendly and the location is ideal, being very near a cemetery and in the historical centre. The rooms are just like in the pictures, with basic amenities and air conditioning. Additionally, breakfast is included in the price.

This hotel is centrally located, making it convenient for exploring town or heading to the beach. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. the bathroom was nice and clean, adding to the overall positive experience. the staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with taxi bookings and travel arrangements. the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Plus, the rooftop area provided a nice place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

The hotel had unreliable wi-fi, making it difficult to work or stay connected.
